WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER:

As part of our Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems business unit, Signaling system for metro, the Saint-Ouen Development Center (Urban Center of Excellence , + 400 people) is in charge of Developing the main Alstom Urban CBTC Signaling Solutions (including Urbalis 400: a system deployed on more than 100 projects metro lines worldwide & Urbalis Fluence: our latest and most innovative Urban Signalling System).

 

System Products Interface Manager is in charge of the roadmap consolidation between the different programs and its products (to be integrated by the system) with successful QCD. He/she is based in Saint-Ouen, France with strong link with program managers (in Saint-Ouen) and product managers (in Saint-Ouen, Bangalore, Villeurbanne, Bologna..). His/Her main missions and responsibilities are:

 

Key responsibilities:

  • To consolidate the view programs needs in regards to the different products to be integrated by the system (onboard and trackside, maintenance, supervision, cyber products..)
  • To structure and maintain detailed “Program baseline – Products” roadmap, aligned with Project needs.
  • Managing OTI (on time input) and OTD (on time deliver) commitments and changes, with clear scope and milestones for each product delivery.
  • Helps track all new Interface Requests/misalignment between Programs and Product teams and ensures clear understanding on the scope/target dates expectations on different products versions.
  • Structure and put in place efficient coordination between the different stakeholders from program and product teams.
  • Implement effective governance cycle with structured KPIs/Dashboard to report.
  • Ensure and drive regular Integration Reviews (together with Program, Products and Projects management) to report operational execution and QCD consolidation.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in System/product Engineering or project/Program management in digital/railway/automotive/aircraft
  • Engineering background including project deployment full lifecycle view
  • Hands-on experience on functional or hierarchical team management
  • Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope
  • Hands-on experience on Customer relationship on deliverables and scope management
  • Hardware, Software, IT technology background
  • Communication skills in a technical environment
  • Interpersonal skills (teamwork and leadership)
  • Risk assessment & opportunities and ability to anticipate and mobilize team to reach objective
  • Decision-making & Problem-solving ability
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Resilience
  • English mandatory
