We are looking for a Supply Chain & Planning Method & Tools Manager within our Rolling Stock & Components Supply Chain team.

 

The main missions of the RSC Supply Chain department are:

 

  • Drive the Industrial Planning strategy execution (tactical and Operational layers) by:

    • Identify of the business needs

    • Contribute to definition and validation for standard processes and tools of Supply Chain

  • Ensure processes deployment and make sure that they are applied in a proper and efficient way

  • Ensure interface with IT team to master tools need evolutions

 

The RSC Supply Chain department is based on 4 major pillars:

 

  • Planning

  • Procurement & Supplier Relations

  • Logistics & Inventories

  • Transportation
     

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Manage Planning and HI strategy execution by:
    • Identify & prioritize the business needs
    • Propose existing standards improvement
    • Animate standards and tools implementation in close collaboration with the Information System department according to budget constraint
    • Support the deployment of the core model and make sure that it is applied in the proper and efficient way through specific means (maturity matric, assessment …)
  • Support sites for ERP master data analyses and ensure that parametrization rules are understood and applied
  • Manage Planning and HI performance by:
    • Participate to core KPIs set up & deployment for core model application
  • Industrial planning network animation by:
    • Animate Regional network
    • Train the Regional network
    • Qualify the Regional network
  • Continuous technology watch on Industrial Planning and HI with Key contribution to Digital operations definition within & between Alstom sites
  • Industrial Planning Business Process Owner (BPO) responsible for industrial planning process validation, change request validation and change management / scoping for implementation of tools

  • Supply Chain planning for all manufacturing sites / cross product line synchronization

Profile :

 

  • 5 years of experience minimum
  • An advanced knowledge of SAP PP is required (PS, MM would be a plus) ECC6 or S4 HANA
  • Languages: fluent French / English required
  • EAPICS certification would be a plus
  • Experience as Business Analyst SAP or Senior Consultant SAP for Supply chain would be a plus
  • Excellent process formalization skills and outcomes
  • Ability to train the trainers
  • Team spirit, able to work in an international environment
