Be the process owner at Global level for Supplier Quality Transformation Manager on Digital and Integrated Systems. Continuously improve processes to strengthen both quality of parts delivered by suppliers and efficiency of Supplier Quality organization.

Lead the Supplier Quality Transformation program for D&IS product to ensure one way of doing in the whole company for managing supplier quality activities, from supplier entry into the panel till end of execution of contracts.

 

Lead the Supplier Quality Transformation program for Digital and Integrated Systems 

  • Consolidate current situation for Supplier Quality on Digital and Integrated Systems activities
  • Ensure the convergence on the Digital and Integrated Systems Supplier Quality processes & Supplier Quality organization for :
    • Parts approval process in project/product development
    • Non-conformity management processes
    • Problem solving processes
    • Supplier performance animation processes
    • CONQ (cost of non-quality) recovery and non-conformities back charge to supplier processes
  • Ensure the transformation roadmap is established for Digital and Integrated Systems Supplier Quality, that the key steps and key deliverables are defined, deployment plan defined, aligned with the regions, and planned
  • Support local site/teams on the operational deployment
  • Ensure the monitoring of the plan & give visibility about the progress
  • Be a facilitator for the deployment of the plan, alert in case of roadblock

 

Establish & improve Supplier Quality Processes

  • Define and continuously improve Supplier Quality Processes for Supplier Quality on Digital and Integrated Systems activities
  • Own the Supplier Quality on Digital and Integrated Systems activities
  • Ensure voice of Supplier Quality on Digital and Integrated Systems product line is integrated in the set of processes
  • Ensure compliance of the Supplier Quality processes with Quality Management System standard (ISO 9001, IRIS, etc.).

 

Training and competencies development

  • Is the owner of the competency matrix for Supplier Quaity Digital and Integrated Systems function
  • Ensure relevant training offer exists and develop/adapt the learning programs and qualification paths with the Quality Academy

 

Frequent travels required for the position (50% of the time) – Domestic and international.

 

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Graduated from Technical and/or Quality Engineering degree
  • Masters degree level or equivalent

  

Experience

Mandatory:

  • 5 years of experience in Quality or Suppliers Quality, Sourcing, Project or Operation in industrial environment, including 3 years in operational Supplier Quality
  • Quality professional background with knowledge of quality tools (QRQC, 8D, Quality Wall, etc.)
  • Knowledge of parts approval process in project development + supplier quality in serial life, in Railway environment

Desirable:

  • Experience in Railway industrie
  • Experience in Supplier Quality
  • Experience in Signaling product line or Infra and Systems
