Special Processes, especially Welding & Torque Tightening, are core business activities for Alstom Group.

In this context, we are looking for an Special Processes Global Quality Leader to strengthen worldwide our Special Processes for the Rolling Stock / Components manufacturing units.

 

In this role, you will act as a change agent having a transversal approach.

Our objective is to address this End-to-End process:

  • From Design / Process FMEA definition by Engineering & Industrialization,
  • To execution through robust Quality Control Plan supported by Sourcing, Manufacturing & Quality supporting Right First Time.

 

The key competencies required for this role are:

  • Strong Industrial experience, focus on IndustrializationQuality & Management of Special Processes,
  • Good mastering of P-FMEA & Quality Control Plan definition,
  • Strong Natural leadership to lead our Industrial & Quality networks,
  • Successful Experience in Lean Six Sigma & Transformation Projects,
  • Minimum work experience: 8 years,
  • Fluent English is required.
