Your mission?

Part of Service Operation in industrial team, the Services Special Process & Industrial Manager  is responsible within his scope of activity to:
•    Coordinate and animate the Special Processes (SP) Network at Central level for Services.
•    Support Process deployment and adherence in all Regions.
•    Support ALM (Asset Life Management) projects in execution and industrial.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

•    Network:
-    Animate SP network with Special Process leader & regions/clusters : Monthly review sharing Rex, improvement, process update, new toolings,…
-    Assess and report Region SP performance.
-    Support Region Coordinator.
-    Monthly cascade to Region’s coordinator  Rex, Good practices, Action plan progress and Critical issues,…
-    Ensure Training region’s capability is in line with requirement/needs

•    Industrialization:
-    Support project to Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and follow associated improvement action plan during.
-    Manage evolution of quality control process dedicated to SP
-    Follow deployment and validation of new processes in the all region and Ensure compliancy with EHS Alstom and external standards

•    Transmission:
-    Support Expert/Specialist training.
-    Develop SP expert /specialist on new geographic area through Alstom SP qualification plan

•    Execution / Serial manufacturing:
-    Guarantees internal control and good application of process rules in line with customer’s requirements
-    Performs periodic assessment on main site
-    Support project on safety or  quality issues related to SP (8D)
-    Support and assess depot/site through APSYS (Special process item).
-    Support Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams during quality crisis related to SP

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

-    Services Maturity and APSYS adherence and deployement
-    Services Sites Depot deployment progress.
-    Safety issues and 8D incident related to SP reduction
-    APSYS ALM Industrial and shopfloor score improvement

YOUR PROFILE

Graduate engineering background with 2 to 5 years’ Industrial related experience in the railway industry or technical background
Good knowledge of industrialization tools and methods and techniques
Processes knowledge and processes oriented
Ability to work with different culture
Team Player
Decisive: obtains and uses necessary information to make decisions.
