OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

 

Alstom Services Product Line offers a wide range of solutions for Rolling Stocks (train, metro, tramway…), Signalling and Infrastructure products: product introduction (warranty), maintenance, asset life management, digital services and componant & repair services.

 

The Digital Transformation organization provides a set of business solutions to digitalize Services processes based on technologies such as SAP, Apriso, Maximo, Salesforce, Anaplan, Geocall a.s.o

 

Following the acquisition of Bombardier Transportation Alstom launched a 4 years Integration program to deploy the core business processes and solutions to all sites. The Digital Transformation Services domain contributes actively to this program by enhancing and deploying Services business solutions worlwide.

 

An open position is available in France (Saint-Ouen) to endorse the role of Services Solutions Integration Program Manager and lead the Integration plan for Services business solutions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The Services Solutions Integration Program Manager will report directly to the Director of IS&T Services Domain. He/She will be in charge of  driving the convergence plan for Services business solutions.

 

The major missions of the Services Solutions Integration Program Manager are the following:

  • Lead Services Solutions Integration program
  • Build and monitor the roadmap of IS&T Services Integration projects, consistently with the global Integration plan and interdependencies with other domains (ERP, Engineering, Digital...)
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and Business Process Owners to define the convergence strategy and enhancements of Services processes and solutions
  • Contribute to the Solution Harmonization program, driving the replacement and decommissioning plan of local, legacy and business managed Services solutions
  • Support the preparation phases of the GSI/SAP Integration program, to understand local solutions (Europe, USA, Canada, Australia...), ways of working, contractual needs and assess functional gaps with core solutions
  • to Capture, challenge and qualify Services Engineering business needs: collect business requirements, contractual commitments, risk of not doing, business case, identify possible solutions and assess delivery timeline, cost and capacity with IS&T delivery teams
  • Document and communicate about Services Integration strategy and core model solutions to Alstom top management and Integration stakeholders

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Significant experience in IS organization with a proven experience on Program management
  • Knowledge about Services business processes and solutions, such as Services Operations, Warranty, Componant Repair & Overhaul a.s.o
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Being able to challenge the teams, to function and to interact with the different stakeholders

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must because you will need to work autonomously in a worldwide & multicultural environment. EDUCATION:

 

Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology, you have more than 10 years of experience in Information System and Technology, and program management. You also have a strong knowledge of Services business domain in Industrial context.

 

You have good communication, leadership and change management skills. You are result oriented, able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.

You demonstrate the ability to use your technical knowledge in collaboration with other departments (business, sourcing, finance…), to organize workshops and to collect, challenge and formalize requirements.

 

Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom.
