Alstom Railways services is a community of more than 15,000 employees worldwide located in more than 250 sites. Our Services Product Line Marketing Team is a central team in charge of services portfolio promotion. We support services solutions owners, sales and business teams with portfolio marketing material, sales training, pre-tendering support. In addition, we animate best practices and information sharing globally through monthly newsletter, community calls and webinars.

Your mission?


As Marketing Manager, you develop content, campaigns, and marketing tools to highlight our services portfolio of solutions, adequately positioning Alstom as leader in railways services.

You contribute to our growth by ensuring sales teams are well equipped with necessary portfolio knowledge and marketing materials.


  • Enhancement of the global positioning and marketing strategy:  building messaging, value proposition and key selling points, standard solution presentations and brochures


  • Solutions Marketing Campaigns: strong collaboration and alignment of planned activities with the solutions owners, marketing, communication, and regions


  • Sales Support: identify, develop, and package relevant marketing materials for our worldwide business development and sales teams


  • Portfolio Awareness: contribute to raising awareness on our Services Portfolio in selected Industry Events by developing content, exhibits, in collaboration with regional communication and services teams and participating at relevant ones.



Your profile? 


You are a creative, communicative person, gifted with storytelling and writing skills. You can turn technical information into compelling content, with attention to details.

Self-driven you enjoy both working independently and in team, evolving efficiently in matrix organization with colleagues spread on several sites. 

Highly collaborative, you know how to develop and maintain long-term relationships with your team, peers, and internal customer in a multi-cultural environment.



Education and experience:  

  • Master 2 Graduated - Business School or equivalent
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • 3 to 5 to years international experience in B2B marketing, consulting, or business development
  • Content and visuals development (brochures, customers presentations, etc.)
  • Experience in collaboration with external creative agencies, experience in working with various marketing tools and channels
