What if you could contribute to Services business capability development through marketing department?


Your mission?


Market Strategy / Operational Marketing:


  • Perform operational marketing analysis and support with market assessments strategic activities such as Country Strategic Plan, Sustainability reporting
  • Run Market Intelligence for Services through a regular market watch, competitor profile preparation, sharing and presenting in monthly Services community call and newsletter.
  • Collaborate with other product lines and central functions on global market intelligence initiatives such as UNIFE World Rail Market Study


Marketing, Promotion and Tender Support:


  • Provide Solution Portfolios with marketing content and promotion plan: develop commercially oriented solution presentations, value proposition, messaging and key selling points for tenders and marketing  
  • Support regional business development and tender teams in pre-tendering activities (e.g customer’s meeting preparation, event) for given solutions
  • Contribute to raising awareness on our Services Portfolio in selected Industry Event by collaborating with regional communication and services teams


Performance measurements & Deliverables:


  • High quality marketing material prepared and delivered as per defined objectives and KPI
  • Quantitative assessment of market and market shares
  • Timely Ad Hoc support to tender teams as per request
  • Participation and contribution to events preparation as per defined objectives and KPI
  • Monthly market watch, presentation prepared and delivered in alignment with quarterly plan


Your profile? 


You are a creative and an analytic person, who can work in a multi-cultural environment and matrix organization with efficiency. You are business oriented, global thinking and you have a good understanding of market needs and competitive trends. You know how to develop and maintain long-term relationships with your team, peers and customer in a multi-cultural environment.


Education and experience:  

  • Master 2 Graduated - Business School or equivalent
  • You speak and write fluently in English (French is an advantage). 
  • 3 to 5 to years international experience in marketing, sales or business development in the rail or services industry
  • Business acumen
  • You pay attention to details to develop marketing tools for internal and external audiences


Ideally, you have experience in :


  • Presentation to large audiences
  • Project Management
  • Product Management
