Your job as Service Commercial Support :


The Services Commercial team will support the regions to manage their project contracts with maximum commercial effectiveness, mitigating risks, maximising opportunities.




  • Attend regular project team meetings in relation to commercial matters. Provide direct council to each PM/GM/PD as necessary.
  • Champion the MEP and ensure action plans are continually updated and potential bottom line impact of current R&O’s fully understood and visible at all times.
  • Support Procurement function in relation to subcontractor contracts through provision of advice and support in negotiations or matters of escalation or claim. Coordinate directly with Procurement to ensure alignment of the project’s needs. Support where necessary for best commercial outcome for the company.
  • Interactions – Build professional relationship with the Project Core Team (PCT) with the objective of insuring the necessary understanding of our business objectives. Support with them the development of a win/win relationship and mutual cooperation


The experience required :  


  • 10 years minimum project management experience including industrial/ engineering finance, commercial finance or other finance management roles
  • Prior experience working in an industrial environment or capital goods industry, ideally railway, is a plus
