Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in our global indirect commodity located in HQ : Engineering Services. You will report to Aurélien BATAILLE (Indirect Commodity Manager) and will become part of a commodity team of 4 people in a larger cluster "External Services" composed by 3 commodities (Engineering Services, Certification & Testing, Manufacturing Support).

As beeing our senior buyer  :

  • You will manage operational procurement & be our commodity representative in our HQ in Saint-Ouen, France
  • You will support the commodity manager on main governance topics
  • You will be the central point of contact for the Innovation and R&D topics related to the Engineering Services commodity (Project purchaising)

All about the position

We will look to you for:

•    Prepare and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers
•    Lead project negotiation
•    Monitor procurement projects
•    Prepare Business Award/Bid Comparison Chart and secure agreement
•    Represent the commodity towards projects, platforms and solutions
•    Ensure effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving
•    Measure the supplier's performance and develop them in coordination with supplier Quality Team
•    Assess properly all risky suppliers and manage the associated mitigation plan
 
 
All about you

As our ideal candidate:

  • You have Master Degree idealy specialized in Purchaising
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in industry in a relevant position
  • Good interpersonal skills (leadership and communication)
  • You are fluent in French & English
  • Good knowledge of direct/indirect procurement processes
  • Experience with ERP systems (Ariba is an advantage)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills,  willingness to take initiative, autonomy
  • Good communication, collaboration and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
