Security encompasses all active and passive measures enabling Alstom to protect itself against and respond to any deliberately malicious actions, both in physical and non-physical domains.

 

Within the Chief Security Office, at Central level, the Security project analyst participates in and contributes to various transverse projects involving multiple internal stakeholders.

In this framework, the Security project analyst will be involved in the implementation, management, update and follow up of Alstom Security Policy.

 

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Monitor threats and trends in the field of economic security and edit regular analysis,
  • Analyse European directives and international regulations on security, information protection and resilience,
  • Participate in writing policies and procedures in the domain of information protection, crisis management and other related topics,
  • Participate to the international deployment of information protection and crisis management procedures,
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects by representing the Chief Security Office and ensure the follow-up to the team,
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of awareness sessions and training materials,
  • Contribute to the security communication road map,
  • Administer the dedicated Intranet pages and SharePoint related to security topics,
  • On demand, draft notes on specific strategic issues, synthesizing information from different sources.

 

We are looking for a junior professional with a Master's degree with a focus in geopolitics, security, crisis management and related disciplines.

 

Competencies & Skills

  • Proficient writing and conversational skills in both French and English, (other languages are welcome!)
  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills. - Ability to analyse, summarise and deliver clear presentations
  • Positive, entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative spirit and solutions-oriented approach

  • A critical, inquisitive mind and the ability to make suggestions.
  • Sense of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to find relevant information in open sources.
  • Excellent proficiency in digital tools.
  • Interest in geopolitical affairs, international relations and security related matters,
