In order to contribute further to growth opportunities worldwide, we are looking to recruit a Requirements Management Manager for turnkey transport systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for Requirements Management on turnkey System offers, to provide a solid and fair commitment sufficient to the level of compliance of our offer to our customers.

We will count on you to:

  • Implement the Requirements Management process during the tender response phase,
  • Ensure that all requirements are identified and allocated to the various offer stakeholders,
  • Coordinate the requirements analysis carried out by each stakeholder and validate the responses provided by each of them in consultation with the Offer Manager and Technical Offer Manager,
  • Provide detailed progress tracking of requirements management activities,
  • Provide a clear view of our Offer non-conformities and the definition of associated qualifications.

To carry out these activities, you will set up the requirements database using the DOORS Requirements Management tool.

You will also participate in improving the Requirements Management process by collaborating with other Alstom departments responsible for similar or related activities.

  • Experience in international tenders,

  • Project management knowledge,

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical and prioritization skills.

  • Languages: English and French (mandatory), Spanish (plus)

  • Ability to travel to different countries.
