Could you be the full-time Requirement Management Engineer for System Engineering (M/F) in Saint-Ouen, near Paris, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your system engineering skills in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, enthusiastic and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the integrity and consistency of train level specifications, thus contributing to projects satisfying our customer needs and certification standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with the Train Performance manager, and transversally across train functions & performances with the whole Engineering project team ; you will also lead yourself sub-system developments within the Brake, Climatic comfort, Doors domains, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of requirements quality and structure, manage the requirements database and configuration in sync with all Engineering actors.
We’ll look to you for:
- Ensuring the efficiency of the overall requirement set that drives the Train system engineering of Projects
- Building and managing the requirements framework as a database
- Supporting and training the System Engineering team on requirements activities
- Steering requirement maturity progress and reporting on these activities
- Developing thoroughly specific sub-systems, through specification, integration and final validation, thus from end-to-end

- Degree in Engineering with a mechanical and/or electrical background
- Experience or understanding of System Engineering in an industrial context
- Knowledge of performance-function-operational perspectives, preferably at vehicle or sub-system level
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary development phases and partners
- Proficiency in English and French
- Result-focused with strong analytical skills
- Autonomy in work and a collaborative team spirit
- Willingness to travel for short-term missions
