In this context, the Central Finance Closing and Reporting team is at the forefront of this transformation, combining strong financial expertise with a continuous focus on process efficiency and innovation.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

 

Part of the Central Finance Closing and reporting team , you will:

 

  • Coordinate a project aiming to fully automate cash reporting based on SAP data
  • Play a key role in our project to replace consolidation, reporting and planning tools, coordinating activities and specifically acting as an FP&A expert
  • Contribute to team activities including closing support and management of key master data

 

You will interface with the entire finance community (central, regional and site teams), Business Process Owners, consultants, IS&T.

 

                           

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Cash reporting automation project

  • Coordinate a project aiming to fully automate cash reporting based on SAP data
  • Review the cash mapping between SAP and reporting tools to ensure consistent and reliable reporting
  • Organize workshops with business units, identify gaps, and define corresponding corrective actions
  • Define appropriate processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (Accounting BPOs, shared services, Finance project managers, Central Cash team)
  • For any required changes in SAP/BI to enable automated data flows: write business requirements, validate IT solutions, lead testing activities
  • Drive change management:
    • Create and update documentation in compliance with management rules and accounting/controlling processes
    • Deliver user training and provide ongoing support
  • Provide expertise in cash reporting

 

Transformation program (Nov@ project)

  • Be part of the core team of the Nov@ project, aiming to define target processes and tools for consolidation, planning, and management reporting
  • Support the coordination of project activities, including planning and facilitating meetings and workshops with key stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment and validation of deliverables across teams
  • Identify, structure, and drive the resolution of open and arbitration points
  • Monitor progress against the action plan and ensure timely follow-up of key initiatives
  • Provide financial insights and FP&A expertise to support decision-making and ensure alignment with financial objectives

 

Master data management

  • Manage contracts and business opportunities master data
  • Manage the generic email inbox: respond to user queries, reinforce processes, and provide solutions
  • Manage incidents in coordination with the technical support team
  • For any required changes in the master data tool (Orchestra): Write functional specifications, validate solutions, perform testing
  • Manage official communications to the Finance community

 

Closing support

  • Support closing activities on specific topics (perform analyses, define solutions, monitor implementation)

  

 PROFILE

 

Mandatory:

  • Master’s degree in Finance
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, including FP&A, ideally with exposure to finance tool implementation and closing processes
  • Experience with financial systems (ideally SAP FICO, BI, and reporting tools)
  • Languages: French and English (professional working proficiency)
