To extend our Business we are looking for a Regional Marketing Director AMECA (Africa, Middle East & Central Asia). The Regional Marketing Director AMECA  will report Hierarchically to the Commercial & Greenfield VP .

 

What are my responsibilities?

As a Regional Marketing Director AMECA (Africa, Middle East & Central Asia), you lead regional market understanding (past, present & future) and Alstom’s corresponding positioning vs. competition. You forecast future orders & orchestrate growth initiatives incl. country strategy plans

 

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Regional market characterization (present/past/future) at macro level working on segmentation, characteristics, market share…
  • Installed base characterization consolidating list of Key product in operation, meaningful segmentation as input for services sales and growth
  • Alstom pre-qualification being able to gather reference and support sales and BD teams for specific project
  • Regional opportunities pipeline caroussel in WallC coordinating and giving guidance, leading regional calls and  forecast
  • Orchestration of regional growth Strategy supporting country, acting as a regional innovation champion and coordinating game changers & growth initiatives

 

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • In addition to Technico-commercial knowledge (products/solutions differentiation, value creation calculation) and marketing skills, you are a natural leader with a strong Entrepreneurship (ability to self-drive, strategic & out-of-box thinking).
  • You have good communications skills (active listening, empathy, adaptive communication, persuasion ability)
  • You work in  a collaborative and creative approach to problem solving and demonstrate the ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team.
  • Your experience and knowledge give you the ability to make decision and influence others (long-term vs. short-term, market segment vs. single project business context)
  • You are Resilient and work with integrity

 

Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years’ Experience in a marketing role in a similar context
  • Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in the field of railway,
