Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in program management within Alstom’s Railway Data Sciences & AI organization. Alstom’s Data Science and AI programs aim to develop, test, validate and industrialize data driven solutions in the mobility domain. These programs leverage advanced analytics, simulations and domain expertise to deliver AI/ML software modules that improve customer performance and experience across maintenance, operations, energy and mobility flow domains.

 

As Railway AI Solution Program Manager, you will lead the program management and execution of AI solution programs, from definition to industrialization. You will play a key role in steering global initiatives, ensuring successful delivery while working with multidisciplinary and international teams. You will hierarchically and functionally report to the Head of Railway Data Sciences & AI Solutions.

 

Your responsibilities


As part of the Railway Data AI team, you will act as the strategic program leader, accountable for end to end program performance.


Your responsibilities include:


• Ensure Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) across all program deliverables
• Define and drive the overall program roadmap and strategy
• Manage the financial governance of R&D programs, including budget definition, monitoring and reporting
• Ensure coherence and consistency of global program planning
• Be responsible for program commitments with external stakeholders
• Functionally coordinate global, multidisciplinary teams, including verification and validation activities
• Act as the interface with Data & AI external teams and lead strategic program arbitrations


Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in industrial project or program management
• Solid understanding of industrial systems and solution development environments
• Experience in data engineering management or complex technical contexts
• Exposure to data driven projects is a plus
• Strong teamwork skills, autonomy and a proactive mindset
• Professional fluency in both French and English
