Could you be the full-time Configuration and Change Management (CCM) Digital Specialist in our dynamic global team we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Configuration and Change Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, supportive, and dedicated teammates.
You'll shape the standard process requirements for CCM and ensure their integration into our standardized tools, focusing on CCM4A. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Development, Procurement, Engineering, etc.), support the operational deployment of CCM4A, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing and maintaining CCM performance indicators, but also provide expert guidance and training on CCM tools.
We’ll look to you for:
- Defining CCM standard process requirements and securing their integration in the CCM tools landscape
- Being a key stakeholder of Product Modularization integration in PLM4A/CCM4A
- Supporting the operational deployment of CCM4A across regions and sites
- Supporting validation of the CCM4A solution along successive sites deployments
- Ensuring a consistent CCM tool landscape for all regions and platforms
- Providing expert guidance and training on CCM tools and performance indicators

- A University/Polytechnic Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent
- Profound understanding of Configuration and Change Management practices
- Experience in an agile and international environment
- Knowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, and Risk Management
- A certification in a related field would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus
