Could you be the full-time Routing and Integration (RIT) Skill Leader in Saint-Ouen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the RSC TE Process and Tool manager, based in Saint-Ouen, and work alongside experts and conscientious teammates.
In the context of the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) deployment, program called PLMA4 in Alstom and launched in December 2020, you'll be the referent for the Train Electrical scope. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with the different business referents for PLM4A building solution and deployment such as Method and tool, Train Design, … You will have also to interface with the Train Electrical project team to support in regards to the deployment of the program.
You’ll specifically take care of the Train Electrical Office referential for methodologies, electrical rules of application, but also for communication, sharing and support to the entire Train Electrical community.
We’ll look to you to:
- Create, validate, maintain process, methodologies and training kit on routing integration perimeter
- Set up the electrical rules referential according to railway standard
- Ensure electrical rules and process application on Train/Component Development Sites
- Drive the deployment of standard process, methodologies and tools among sites for PLM4A
- Participate to the creation/update of standard solutions referential
- Collect REX
- Animate site Key User network to assess practices, share REX, converge on standardized way of working, support solution implementation and ensure functional assistance
- Ensure continuous improvement of solutions/processes in line with sites and projects needs through Key Users and Train Electrical Office governance
- Consolidate and formalize needs of Train Electrical Office to support Alstom worldwide projects
- Ensure that the solution built by IS&T in agile mode is consistent with business requirements

- MCAD solution and associated features (Catia V5, 3D experience, ENNOVIA…/3D,2D, annotations)

- Manufacturability knowledge
- Advance Industrial and industrial knowledge
