We are looking for our new Program Financial Controller (m/f).
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of one of our major development programs. Day-to-day.
Your mission
- Managing financial control and reporting for programs in line with internal control rules.
- Ensuring program accounting complies with corporate guidelines and accurately reflects activities performed.
- Organizing and leading end-to-end program reviews.
- Aligning and coordinating with program teams (e.g., planners, sourcing).
- Analyzing execution performance and proposing action plans to improve forecasts and mitigate risks.
- Coordinating financial consolidation of programs, including periodic reviews and variance analysis.
- Ensuring consistency in accounting and reporting across programs.
- Participating in biannual external audits and ensuring robust financial processes and internal controls.

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent to a Bac +5).
- Strong experience in financial control and/or internal/external auditing in an international environment.
- Knowledge of financial consolidation and risk assessment practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- High level of integrity and reliability.
- Ability to respond effectively to urgent situations.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn the technical and business environment, becoming a trusted partner to the business.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate with international teams.
