Could you be the Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Director (F/M) in Saint-Ouen, FR that we are looking for?

 

Your future role
Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in developing, negotiating and closing public-private partnerships (PPP) and joint venture projects globally. You will work with an engaged, dynamic, and collaborative Business and Solutions teams and in partnership with equity funds, and other industrial partners. 

 

We will call upon you to:

  • Develop and Execute PPP Strategy : lead the PPP strategy aligned with the company’s business and financial objectives.
  • Oversee Alstom’s investments in PPPs and JV, in particular via board representation and sound financial and operational monitoring
  • Policy & Compliance : be guarant of PPP and JV internal procedure and guidelines
  • External  Engagement & Thought Leadership

 

Your profile

  • 8–12+ years of experience in public-private partnerships (expertise in project and corporate finance, business contractual literacy, negotiation with investors and lenders, business development)
  • Proven track record of leading the closing complex PPP deals in transportation, infrastructure, or clean tech.
  • Excellent negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels—from city council to C-suite.
  • Creative, structured, and organized, with ability to run several strategic projects at various stage in parallel, from high level structuring to deep diving into contractual clauses.
  • Rigorous and transparent, guardian of the rules mindsets
  • Coach and excellent communicator towards his/her team, and internal and external stakeholders
