Reporting to Project Manager within the AMECA* Region, you are going to work on Coradia Algeria Project and manage the train Reliability Growth and the Warranty processes, coordinating all the actions required to secure the implementation of all Technical Open Points defined in the customer contract.to get Train Final Acceptance. 
In this role you are going to work closely with Project Team, External Subcontractors and Participating Units.

Key Accountabilities:

•    Monitor project reliability performance.

•    Once a solution is defined, gives instruction to warranty implementation or maintenance teams in Depot to implement corrective actions
•    Analyze and identify gap between train reliability and contractual or agreed target.
•    Implement Reliability Growth plan.
•    Check that the failures quality data captured in RLS are pertinent and relevant for reliability growth improvement and overall REX for the project.
•    Evaluate the impact of the modifications on the reliability.
•    Support REX consolidation from project for the platform.
•    Manage problem-solving action by coordinating the actions of the relevant stakeholders in the project (i.e. PrEM, Technical Subcontractor).

 

Main required competencies:
•    Engineering Degree
•    Engineering background including project deployment full lifecycle view

•    Good knowledge of train system design and in general of railway technologies
•    Experience in a depot is a strong plus
•    Good Communication skill and Interpersonal skills (teamwork and leadership)
•    Sense of urgence
•    Problem-solving ability

•    English speaking
