Reporting to Project Manager within the AMECA* Region, you are going to work on Coradia Algeria Project and to coordinate the Supply Chain activities of the Project.

You are in charge to manage the parts procurement and availibity as for Project needs, integrating  the suppliers and subcontractors plannings together with the trasportations activites and logistics specifications

In this role you are going to work closely with Project Team, External Subcontractors and Participating Units.

Key Accountabilities:

•    To respect on time delivery vs warranty activities planning for all parts
•    To guarantee the right integration of Project needs in the suppliers or subcontractors delivery planning
•    To follow closely all transportation and customs' requirements in the entire flow from suppliers till Warranty Depots 
•    To identify critical supplier and lead preventive actions to secure the part procurement
•    To guarantee the stock level at each Depot in compliance with Warrannty activities planning 
•    To monitor and secure the budget allocated to logisitic activities

•    To coordinate Supply Chain activities related to planning changes, suppliers’ changes or technical modifications with significant impact on supplier’s capacity or logistics flows.
•    To manage Material Availability (missing parts), to anticipate material shortage
 

Main required competencies
•    Experience in Supply Chain
•    Experience of work in a supplier/customer relationship or Project or Industrial

•    Knowledgeable of ERP material management (master data, purchase orders management…) or ERP architecture understanding (BOM, NCR…) or ability to use ERP
•    Ability to summarize and focus on the critical issues
•    Good Communication skill and Interpersonal skills (teamwork and leadership)
•    Sense of urgence
•    Remote and multicultural management
