In order to contribute further to growth opportunities worldwide, we are looking to recruit a Risk Management Manager for turnkey transport systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for the risk management to provide the Bid Manager, the Customer Manager, and Alstom Management with a clear understanding of the project risks prior to the Tender submission.

 

We will count on you to:

 

  • Ensure that the Risk Management-related Tender requirements are met in providing relevant tender deliverables,
  • Lead, coordinate and consolidate the risk management activities during the tender phase,
  • Ensure rigorous evaluation of risk provisions that are integrated in the Tender pricing,
  • Develop and ensure implementation of the risk management process and tools within the Turnkey Bids department,
  • Emulate and promote the risk management approach within the bid teams and participating entities.
  • In the case where Alstom is a member of a consortium, contribute to consortium coordination works on risk management, making sure consortium instructions are properly understood / deployed / implemented within Alstom teams and contribute to the consolidation of the offer with partners.

  • Graduated from an engineering school or a Master's degree in Business Administration,
  • Excellent knowledge of risk management best practices,
  • Experience in project management and/or international tender management,
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (technical manager, lawyer, finance manager, etc.),
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: English and French (mandatory), Spanish (a plus).
