We are looking for our next Project Material Manager, based in Saint Ouen (France).

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field.

 

You'll play a key role in coordinating and securing Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments for Alstom’s strategic projects across various countries.

 

Your mission

 

  • Coordinating, consolidating, and securing QCD commitments for materials within project subsystems
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations
  • Managing project scope to ensure timely delivery to stakeholders
  • Sharing constraints, milestones, and progress with core project teams
  • Challenging stakeholders to ensure planning and information completeness
  • Performing financial project follow-ups, including forecasting sales and facilitating milestone billing
  • Proposing improvements to existing tools and processes

  • Degree in logistics, project management, industrialization, or engineering (Bac+5 or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in an industrial environment
  • Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and initiative-taking abilities
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong skills in script development to optimize the use of Artificial Intelligence
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, SAP, and Power BI
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset
