Could you be the full-time Project Manager in Saint-Ouen, close to Paris we’re looking for?
Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, collaborative, and dynamic teammates.
You'll drive the execution of projects to meet contractual requirements and exceed customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, procurement, and operations), ensure alignment and coordination of activities, and represent Alstom to our customers.
You’ll specifically take care of optimizing project financial performance (margin and cash) and leading project governance processes like SSM & CoD, but also ensure compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards.
We’ll look to you for:

Driving the execution of projects according to contractual requirements and customer expectations

Seeking and proposing additional opportunities to the Customer Director/Platform

Being accountable for project QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) and optimizing financial performance

Leading SSM & CoD processes
-
Aligning, coordinating, and synchronizing internal teams and partners
-
Managing resources effectively at your level

Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards

Representing Alstom towards customers

Degree in project management, engineering, or a related field

Experience or understanding of project execution and customer relationship management

Knowledge of project financial performance metrics (e.g., margin, cash)

Familiarity with compliance standards and governance processes

A project management certification is a plus

Fluent French (level equivalent to native) is mandatory

Fluent English is mandatory

German language skills are a plus
