Could you be the Program Manager – Standard Test Platform (STP) in Saint Ouen (93) we’re looking for ?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and program management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.

You'll drive the development and delivery of the Standard Test Platform (STP), a modular and scalable framework designed to enhance factory test platforms for system integration, automation, and simulator representativeness. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (R&D, V&V, and design teams), oversee Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments, and coordinate program work packages and resource allocation, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the roadmap implementation aligned with solution needs and requirements, but also ensuring safety, quality, and innovation in program execution.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and maintaining the detailed development roadmap for the program

  • Managing all program developments in compliance with QCD commitments

  • Coordinating work packages, resource analysis, and risk mitigation plans

  • Driving program reviews and providing QCD reports

  • Leading safety and addressing critical issues such as cybersecurity and system availability

  • Proposing and driving improvement action plans for program efficiency and competitiveness


Context

The Standard Test Platform (STP) is a key and ambitious R&D program targeting strong improvement of factory test platforms in system integration capability, automation and simulator representativeness

The Standard Test Platform (STP) is a modular and scalable generic framework platform for the major D&IS Solutions. It will improve test bench representativeness for:

  • System test and integration of internal and external interfaces

  • Performance tests with train fleet equivalent to operational conditions

  • Test automation

 

STP targets full operation and full automation of the test bench. It manages:

  • Model in the loop (MIL) for simulations)

  • Software in the loop (SIL) for hosted applications

  • Hardware in the loop (HIL) for target equipemnt integration

 

STP is based on cutting edge technologies for virtualization and container management technologies promoting API for everything and Linux environment.

Its target users are project V&V (integration & validation) and designers (designer tests)

 

All about you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field (Master’s in Project Management is a plus)

  • 2-3 years of experience in system/product engineering or project management in digital, railway, automotive, or aerospace industries

  • Strong interest in virtualization, container management technologies, DevOps, and agile development

  • Hands-on experience in engineering project deployment, cost and planning control, and customer relationship management

  • Knowledge of IT technologies and agile development processes

  • Experience in functional or hierarchical team management

  • Analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and resilience
