Within the Saint-Ouen site of the D&IS Systems and Infrastructure of the France BeLux Region, the purpose of your job is to:   

• Build robust and competitive tender Procurement cost, scope & schedule commitment
• Manage Product Procurement reference to prepare tenders to come and starting, to fit to Region market prices and Customer needs, in coordination with Procurement Platform, Product and Solution
• Ensure that the Tender contributes to the Platform procurement objectives.

Your main responsabilities are:

A. Ensure Tenders are anticipated and prepared with robust Product reference cost management;

B. Tender management: coordinate, consolidate and secure Sourcing activities, performance & efficiency on whole Tender;

C. Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Main required competencies:

1. Educational requirements: Master in purchasing or equivalent (engineering, project management...).
2. Experience: interest in technical field, minimum 5 years of experience (project, sourcing, engineering, quality...).
