  • Provide a support to the sites where production planning is an issue (ramp-up, new product mix, Production Performance and Manufacturing Throughput low performance).
  • Provide a feed back on processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Reinforce the community of planners to increase the level of maturity of the organization.



  • Capture REX from sites/projects. Then define a REX process and animate the community around the distribution of such content.
  • Support and the Global Planning Directors on site on all kind of planning topics as well as planning governance issues.
  • Monitor the site actions to ensure and provide regular support.

Area of contribution can tackle planning technique, planning routines/governance, tools, decision making process.


Educational Requirements

  • Graduated from university or engineering school (Master’s degree)


Desired Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience in project planning and/or manufacturing planning.
  • Past experience on site.


Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Able to read a gantt chart
  • Excel and Powerpoint
