The position will take place within the ISCP (Industrial, Supply chain & planning) department, which is in charge of:

  • Producing components & assembling trains
  • Maintenance, repair and overhaul
  • Construction & Installation of sites
  • Build and deploy footprint strategy
  • "métiers" (business) animation & development.

 

Directly reporting to the Performance & Efficiency Director, you will be part of the Industrial department, your main mission will be to :

  • Deploy on sites the manufacturing and/or industrial processes
  • Identify the business requirements and ensure that the solution is matching the business needs based on a close collaboration with the Information System department
  • Drive the transversal topics cross streams related to Manufacturing processes (with Supply Chain, Quality, Service.. department)

    He/she is the referee on manufacturing / industrial processes and its application on the information systems.

 

You will rely on your team spirit and excellent communication skills to animate a worldwide industrial network (in headquarter and in industrial sites) as well as with Information System Technical teams (mainly based in India).

Your appetite for production process as well as your passion for digital innovative solution (MES, GSI, Delmia,...) are key success factors. You are fast learning on existing processes and solution and have industrial operational experience.

 

You will have the following responsabilities :

 

Business requirements, process definition, solution build

  • Constitute and animate multi-sites/region (worldwide), multi functions project teams to carry out the definition, development, validation and deployment of Manufacturing Methodologies & Tools
  • Identify manufacturing business needs through formal exchange with the manufacturing networks. Formalize it through a process description and/or tools functional specifications to be validated by the main "metiers" (business) stakeholders
  • In close collaboration with IS&T (Information Solution & IT) team and other Business Streams (Quality, Supply Chain, Finance…) drive the necessary Information Solution (IS) tool development. Ensure its QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) compliance. Ensure proper validation through pilots by the appropriate stakeholder panel.

 

On-site deployments

  • Define the Deployment process approach & change management program to support the deployment of new methodologies or tools
  • Ensure good level of assessment documents to capture the gaps and define action plan build
  • Define and update trainings documents based on REX (return of experience) and sites improvements request
  • Validate the Site & Key User maturity

 

Community animation

  • Define step by step methodologies/leaflets to support user change management
  • Provide strong support on deployed solution
  • Share and explain official and standard Methodologies
  • Define and update an M&T (methods & tools) sharePoint to share all the documentations
  • Animate a worldwide Key Users and RBPE network community to share the deployments progress, pain points & best practices

 

Network & Links

  • Strong link with IS&T (Information System & IT) and Solution integrator to ensure the quality and on time delivery
  • Strong link with Key Users and Regional Business Process Experts is permanent, to exchange about best practices, change requests and defects
  • Strong link with ISCP (Industrial, Supply Chain & Planning) and Engineering to ensure the consistency of processes and tools, inputs & outputs quality & quantity control

 

Required skills & experiences

  • Strong Business knowledge on Industrial & Manufacturing Processes
  • Transversal knowledge on Industrial and Manufacturing applications as SAP, MES, QLIKVIEW
  • Team spirit, able to work in an international environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation & writing skills (French & English)
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to details & multi-tasting skills
  • Ability to travel: average of 20% to 30% of time
