Au sein du département Train Design, le service central d'ingénierie architecturale et mécanique, nous recherchons un Ingénieur-designer Qualité Perçue pour renforcer le pilier Qualité perçue dans son déploiement et son influence transverse.
Organisation :
Vous rapporterez directement au Responsable Qualité Perçue au sein d'une équipe centrale réduite, mais en support d'une grande communauté à travers le monde sur tous les sites de conception des matériels roulants, pour déployer le processus sur l'ensemble des projets.
Vos missions :
- Participer activement au processus d'appels d'offre
- Contribuer au développement des études pilots jusqu'au suivi des prototypes
- Former les Ingénieurs Qualité Perçue en tant que référent métier local sur les différents sites d'ingénierie et de production ;
- Mettre à jour les outils et templates pour une meilleure expérience utilisateur et une plus grande précision des spécifications;
- Contribuer à la définition et au suivi des indicateurs (Evaluation QP de bout en bout, Réduction du temps de montage, Economies de frais fixes et variables)
Réseau :
Vous collaborerez transversalement au sein de l'entreprise avec différentes disciplines de l'ingénierie et industrialisation
(design, ergonomie, qualité, industriel, éclairage, aéraulique, tolérancement, calcul structurel, standardisation... ) et de nombreux sites et culture à travers le monde. Vous aurez l'opportunité de voyager dans le monde entier.
Formation:
Master ou équivalent en génie mécanique ou en design industriel. La formation dans les deux domaines est un plus.
Expérience :
Titulaire d'un Master en Ingénierie ou en Design industriel. Un cumul des deux formations ou formation mixte sera un plus.
Vous devrez démontrer :
- 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans des rôles de conception mécanique et/ou de design industriel;
- Une grande habileté de croquis, pour exprimer des sections 2D et des idées 3D en perspective;
- Une compétence de modélisation rapide pour exprimer des concepts clairs au sein d'un remontage de données 3D;
- Une connaissance globale des matériaux et des procédés de fabrication, notamment en petites et moyennes séries ;
- Une bonne connaissance de l'impact des choix de conception sur les frais fixes et variables;
- Une bonne connaissance des procédés industriels ;
- Une bonne connaissance des variations dimensionnelles dues aux tolérances de fabrication.

At the heart of Train Design Office, the central architectural & mechanical engineering department, we are looking for a
Perceived Quality Discipline Leader to reinforce the Perceived Quality pillar into it's transversal deployment and
influence.
Organization:
You will directly report to the Perceived Quality Manager, being part of a very small central métier team, but supporting a worldwide community on Train Design Sites to deploy the process on all projects.
Your missions:
- Offering métier support to tenders and projects to apply the full Perceived Junctions process
- Animate collaborative workshops using Kano Balance in house methodology and produce associated deliverables;
- Contribute to "off-cycle" pilot studies ideation and development, up to prototype follow-up;
- Train the Perceived Quality Lead Engineers as local métier referent on the different engineering & production sites;
- Update the toolbox templates with continuous improvement for a better user experience and accurate results;
- Contribute to KPI definition and monitoring (PQ assessment end to end, Takt time improvement, RC/NRC Savings)
Network:
You will collaborate transversally inside the company with various organizations: Advanced & Creative Design, Interiors platform, Industrial, Structural Design, Standard Solutions, Dimensional Management, Ergonomy, Lighting, AeroX, Quality... and various cultures all around the world. You will have opportunities to travel worldwide.
Education:
Master degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design. Both fields cross education is a bonus.
Knowledge & Experience:
You have both engineering & aesthetical industrial design cultures in your background.
You should demonstrate:
- a minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical design and/or Industrial Design roles;
- a great skill of handmade sketching, to express 2D sections and 3D ideas in perspective;
- a quick modeling skill to express concepts in 3D data;
- a overall knowledge in materials and manufacturing processes, especially in small and medium volumes;
- a good awareness of cost design impact on RC and NRC;
- a good awareness of industrial processes;
- a good awareness of dimensional management.
