General purpose of the job:

To drive the operational performance (parts, repair & overhaul) of internal and external suppliers including Repair Centres.
Suport Parts Hubs & Customer Service in contracts & spot orders execution to achieve growth in Regions
 

Organisation:

Reporting to the Parts Solutions & Operation Director (P&OVH Solutions)

 

Responsibilities:

 

Strategy

  • Optimize end-to-end Supply Chain and Parts Hub / Customer Service footprint
  • Adapt with RSC + SER Supply Chain policies and processes for P&OVH (material planning, logistics)
  • Define Principles for global Supply Chain Flows

 

Execution

  • Implement & animates Parts Hubs / CRO centers Operations Performance 
  • Support Internal and External supplier performance on major issues with Procurement and ISC
  • Create Global inventory transparency and regular updates – including guidelines for optimization
  • Create and Animate SIOP between key countries and PU
  • Monitor Sales Landing

 

Transformation

  • Design the Standard Role, RACI and Operating Model
  • Lead the CRO & Parts HUB Operations performance transformation in coordination with respective Solutions Director

 

Innovation

  • Outsourcing in Logistics
  • Leverage 3D printing R&D program (digital warehouse)

 

Performance Measurement

  • Sales growth 
  • Delivery & Operations  performance (Time to Quote, On-Time Delivery, Delivery Lead-time, Turn-Around-Time, Orders Overdue Backlog, Inventories)
  • New Parts HUB implementation along with Methods & tools
  • Support the creation and monitor SLAs with internal suppliers
