Objectif principal : fournir des outils numériques pouvant être appliqués de manière cohérente et en ligne avec les processus PME standard. Toute autre orientation devra être arbitrée au niveau central de la PME.

Au sein de l'organisation des opérations RSC, en rapportant au directeur central du métier PME (Process & Manufacturing Engineering), vous serez le correspondant métier PME pour assurer les missions principales suivantes :

• Évaluer et identifier les améliorations des performances des processus industriels et de fabrication.
• Assurer l'alignement du réseau des domaines : organiser et coordonner avec les personnes concernées au sein du métier central ou du site pour répondre à toute question relative à la mise en œuvre des processus dans les outils informatiques.
• Coordonner les améliorations de la solution numérique industrielle (PLM4A / GSI / AOS / DELMIA, NEO…) pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion des données numériques (M&T et projets et équipes IS&T).
• Interfacer l'équipe M&T pour déployer des initiatives autonomes en une solution Alstom globale si nécessaire.
• Soutenir la transformation des processus et la mise en œuvre à travers les sites, en informant et en soutenant les équipes PME sur les nouveaux processus ou les processus mis à jour.

Profil requis

Compétences techniques :

• Bonne connaissance des processus et du fonctionnement de l'ingénierie des procédés et de fabrication.
• Bonne connaissance des processus opérationnels et des solutions numériques industrielles actuelles.
• Compréhension globale des processus internes (projets, ingénierie, industriel, …).

Compétences interpersonnelles :

• Capacité à analyser en extrayant les faits essentiels.
• Capacité à synthétiser en préparant des présentations et des rapports clairs pour la direction.
• Bonnes compétences en communication.
• Prise de décision, capacité à atteindre des résultats, capacité à mettre l'organisation sous tension.
• Convaincre et influencer (organisation interne) vers des objectifs industriels.

Expérience : 8 à 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie ferroviaire (RS et/ou Compo) au sein d'une organisation d'industrialisation. Les profils de PIM (Product Industrialisation Manager) ou de RLi (Process Engineer expérimenté) sont les bienvenus, un croisement en IS&T est un plus.

Within RSC Operations organisation, reporting to PME (Process & Manufacturing Engineering) central Metier Director, you will be the PME Metier correspondent to ensure below main missions:

• Assess and identify Indus & Manufacturing processes performance improvements
• Ensure alignment of Domains Network: Organize and coordinate concerned person within central Metier or Site to answer at any question related Processes implementation within the IT tools
• coordinate improvements of Industrial Digital Solution (PLM4A / GSI / AOS / DELMIA, NEO…) to answer operation needs in close relationship with Digital Data management team (M&T and IS&T Projects and teams) :
• Interface M&T team for deploying standalone initiatives to a global Alstom solution when require.
• Support process transformation and implementation cross sites, especially by informed and support PME Teams on new processes, or updated processes.

Required profile

Technical Competencies

• Good knowledge of Process-&-Manufacturing Engineering processes and way of working                                           
• Good Knowledge of Operation processes and current Industrial digital Solution.
• Global understanding of overall internal processes (Projects, Engineering, Industrial, …).

Soft Skills 

• Ability to analyse in extracting essentials facts
• Ability to synthesize in preparing clear presentation and reporting to management.
• Good communication skills
• Decision maker, drive to achieve results, ability to put organisation under tension.
• Convince and influence (internal organization) towards Industrial targets.

Experience: 8/10 years’ experience in Railway industry (RS and/or Compo) within Industrialization organization. PIM (Product Industrialisation Manager) or RLi (Experienced Process Engineer) profile are welcome, a crossing in IS&T is a plus.
