Join the ADP O&M project as our next Mobilization Manager (F/H) in Saint-Ouen and play a key role in preparing a major automated transportation system for operational success from Day 1.
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful mobilization of new Operations & Maintenance contracts, from planning to execution. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operations, finance, engineering, HR, communication and IT), engage with external stakeholders, and oversee readiness assessments, ensuring all prerequisites for Day 1 operations are met.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining the Mobilization Plan, including milestones and critical paths, but also coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training plans.
We’ll look to you for:
- Developing and maintaining the Mobilization Plan, including milestones, deliverables, and critical paths
- Coordinating all workstreams involved in project mobilization
- Monitoring progress, risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans
- Leading readiness assessments to ensure operational readiness
- Overseeing deployment of operational procedures, rulebooks, and work instructions
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training plans
- Ensuring deployment of ERP, digital tools, and information systems
- Interfacing with customers, partners, authorities, and internal functions

- Engineering or Business degree
- 5–10 years' experience in railway operations, maintenance, or large-scale project mobilization
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in complex, multi-disciplinary environments
- Fluent English and French
- Ability to manage risks and opportunities effectively
- Adaptability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
