OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION:
We are looking for an intern to strengthen the PLM4A Program. As part of the Program team, your objectives will be to strengthen Cultural Change to ensure that the PLM4A solution is accepted by the sites to be deployed and used to best effect.
PLM4A is a major transformation program within Alstom. The objective is to deploy a “Product Lifecycle Management” state-of-the art solution to all sites, with the ambition to streamline the development phase. The Program defines, coordinates all activities to make sure that the solution will be properly used, delivering all the expected benefits.
Within this Program, the Program management team manages the QCD and the cultural change, in a multi-cultural environment (India, Europe).
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION:
You will be in charge of the following missions:
- Learn how to manage change in a structured manner
- Help prepare an organization for change
- Contribute dentifying potential risks
- Support a successful change management plan
- Measure the success of the change - create dashboards and follow-up with project's stakeholders
- Engage with stakeholders
- Contribute to communication strategies through different deliverables (SharePoint, announces, interviews, videos, digital content...)
- Support the transformation of the organization to reach goals and objectives
PROFILE:
Educational level: Bac+4/Bac+5
Technical skills: digital project management, digital communication, AI, Community management, Data management
Behavioral skills: persuasiveness, leadership in a multicultural environment, ability to make proposals
English communication is needed
Contract: 6 months
