In the SAP deployment Central BPO team, you will be in charge of End to End finance ERP / Ecosystem / Master data processes. You will work with other métier BPO teams, Regional Business Process experts, IS&T Team and mainly all Group Finance community (including Management) in Regions, Country and sites.

On a daily basis, you will :

Build and manage a team of process owners to ensure the proper support of projects and business

Define and update the Core Processes as Subject Matter Expert

Be the reference point in the company for a defined scope of finance processes in the core model

Ensure the Core processes are applied in the ERP

Identify and lead efficiency initiatives

Coordinate and validate accounting aspects in the frame of core model roll-out, transformation initiatives or new needs (acquisition of a new company, evolution of accounting rules, specific country requirement,

Define the management rules of master data and ensure the critical changes are properly validated

Support IS&T and Alstom core projects by providing the necessary expertise on your domain, defining and manage preventive actions to ensure a successful tool/process deployment in terms of data cleansing, change management, reconciliation …

Evaluate/escalate project risks in terms of complexity, cost or timing linked to your  domain

Ensure the user community benefits of the necessary documentation, training and support on Core processes

You will need to have :

Diploma/Master-level degree in Finance

Financial experience/minimum 10 years

Business expertise in Finance/Accounting and/or Controlling

Mastering understanding of necessary SAP module and associated landscape

You will need to be :   

Details oriented, organization & time management

Well-connected in the site organization structures

Able to work well with various team in a multi-cultural environment

Open minded & hands-on person

At ease with written and oral communication,

You will need to have :

Good analysis abilities

High understanding of reporting tools

Efficient skills to influence and convince others
