Le poste dépendra du département Global Operations Rolling Stock and Components (RSC), au sein de l’équipe “Smart Ops Process & Tools Integration”, chargée de gérer l’équipe Industrialisation dans la définition et le déploiement des méthodes et outils pour le personnel opérationnel en charge de l’industrialisation des produits, ainsi que de la planification et de l’exécution de l’ensemble de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.

La feuille de route de transformation de Smart Ops Process & Tools Integration repose sur la mise en œuvre d’un paysage de solutions standardisé (depuis un système PLM jusqu’à un MES, en passant par un ERP central).

Nous accompagnons les régions dans la mise en œuvre et la gestion du changement afin de favoriser l’adoption des processus et solutions.

Nous construisons des rapports opérationnels et des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour suivre l’adoption et contribuons, avec les régions, à l’élaboration de plans d’action adaptés pour améliorer cette adoption.

Nous évaluons les technologies innovantes et les meilleures pratiques, et construisons des plans de mise en œuvre tout en assurant l’intégration Méthodes & Outils dans le périmètre des opérations RSC.

OBJECTIF DU POSTE :

L’Expert Data Analytics Opérations, rattaché directement au Responsable du programme BI Opérations, participera avec l’équipe aux différentes étapes de la Business Intelligence afin de permettre l’accès à l’analyse de données pour les Métiers :

• Compréhension et structuration des besoins
• Animation d’ateliers techniques avec les équipes Digital Services & Experts Data Management
• Développement, déploiement
• Collecte des retours utilisateurs pour ajustement et maintenance des tableaux de bord

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Développement et maintenance des tableaux de bord & applications BI :

• Accompagner les Métiers dans la formalisation de leurs besoins
• Évaluer les écarts entre les besoins Métiers et le paysage applicatif existant
• Identifier les notions techniques, contraintes et points d’attention pour la phase de développement
• Proposer une architecture technique claire et des schémas logiques illustrant la stratégie d’intégration
• Concevoir des tableaux de bord ergonomiques et conviviaux pour faciliter l’usage et l’adoption
• Développer les applications et être capable d’analyser les BI existantes pour les maintenir
• Tester les développements pour garantir la qualité des livrables à l’aide d’une liste de cas de test claire
• Travailler en mode release ou agile selon les directives
• Documenter les développements pour permettre leur maintenance/évolution via une spécification technique
• Accompagner la phase de validation

Utilisation des tableaux de bord & applications BI :

• Participer à la maintenance des applications en corrigeant les bugs via un outil de ticketing
• Remonter et suivre les problèmes d’interfaces (performances, rafraîchissement) en lien avec la gouvernance IS&T
• Suivre et rapporter l’usage des applications e-POP mensuellement
• Identifier, le cas échéant, les causes racines d’une faible utilisation et définir, avec les responsables d’applications, des plans d’action pour améliorer l’usage

PROFIL :

• 8 ans d’expérience en BI / Data Analytics dans l’industrie
• Formation initiale : école d’ingénieur avec spécialisation en Business Intelligence
• Compétences solides et avérées sur les outils BI (QlikSense, Power BI) et la suite Microsoft (Power Apps, Power Query, Power Automate, etc.)
• Notions en Process Mining et Intelligence Artificielle
• Niveau d’études : Master 1 ou 2
• Langues : français et anglais (lu, écrit, parlé couramment)
• Bonnes capacités de communication et aptitude à travailler avec des équipes multiculturelles
• Compétences en ergonomie visuelle
• Esprit analytique et de synthèse
• Esprit critique et orienté résolution de problèmes
• Esprit d’équipe et orienté résultats
• Expérience sur SAP ERP appréciée

The position will be running under the Rolling Stock and Components (RSC) Global Operations department “Smart Ops Process & Tools Integration”, which is in charge of managing the Industrialization Team in the definition and deployment of methods & tools for our operational staff in Industrialization of our products and the planning and execution of the full supply chain.
Smart Ops Process & Tools Integration transformation roadmap leverages a standardized solution landscape implementation (from a PLM system to an MES through an ERP backbone).
We support regions in the implementation and change management activities in order to reach the adoption of the processes & solutions.
We build operational reports & KPIs in order to monitor the adoption and contribute with the region to the build of the appropriate action plan to improve the adoption.
We evaluate innovative technologies and best practices and built implementation plan while ensuring Method & Tools integration on RSC Ops perimeter.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Ops. Data Analytics Expert, reporting directly to the Operations BI Program Manager, will participate within the team to the different steps of Business Intelligence to allow data analytics access to Métiers:

• The requirement understanding and structuration,
• Lead technical workshops with Digital Services & Data Management Experts
• Then developing, deploying,
• And gathering users feedback for adjustment and maintenance dashboards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Intelligence Dashboards & Applications development & maintenance:

• Support the Business in the formalization of their needs
• Assess gaps between Business needs and current applications landscape
• Identify all technical notions, constraints, attention points to tackle for development phase
• Propose clear technical architecture and logical schemas to illustrate the integration strategy
• Propose ergonomic & user-friendly Dashboards to ease the usage and adoption
• Develop Applications and be able to analyze existing BI to maintain them
• Test the developments to secure the quality of the delivery following a clear Test Cases List and ease the progress follow-up
• Be able to work on release mode but also in agile way depending on the directive
• Document the development to allow the maintenance / evolution in a technical specification document
• Support validation phase

Business Intelligence Dashboards & Applications Usage:

• Participate to the applications maintenance by fixing bugs/issues through a Ticketing solution
• Raise and follow interfaces issues such as performances and refreshing through a strong governance with IS&T Department
• Follow & Report e-POP applications usage, monthly
• When relevant, capture data root causes of low usage & define, with the support of applications owner, action plans to increase usage

PROFILE:

• 8 years of experience in BI / Data Analytics for Industry Companies
• Initial background: Engineering school graduation for Business Intelligence
• Heavy & proven skills for BI Tools (Qliksense, Power BI) & Microsoft Suite (Power App., Power Querry, Power Automate, etc.)
• Notion about Process mining and AI
• Level of study: Master 1 or 2
• Languages: French & English (fluent reading, writing & speaking)
• Good communication skills & ability to work with various teams in a multi-cultural environment
• Visuals Ergonomic skills
• Strong analytical and synthetic thinking
• Critical thinking & problem solving oriented
• Team player & results-oriented
• Experience in SAP ERP appreciated
