You’ll specifically take care of representing the O&M Proponent/Contractor both technically and commercially, but also engage in stakeholder management to develop solutions, tools, and processes for bids and projects.
We’ll look to you for:
- Defining bid strategy and supporting multi-disciplinary topics in O&M bids
- Supporting the development of Service/O&M Contractor Agreements and Interface Agreements
- Identifying optimization and innovation opportunities, preparing business cases and implementation plans
- Engaging stakeholders to develop solutions, tools, and processes for bids and projects
- Early involvement in O&M opportunities to support growth objectives
- Guidance and leadership to bid management teams and multidisciplinary teams

- Broad knowledge of railway systems, maintenance, and operating requirements
