Networks Tender & Competitiveness leader

The main job activities are the following:

• Follow the critical & major tenders dealing with networks (wayside wired , onboard wired and train-to-ground networks) by supporting the Regions
• Identify the tender gaps and trigger Networks/Telecom Technical and Core Technology in order to obtain gaps proposal and challenge them
• Prepare documentations & presentations to support tenders
• Evaluate the most appropriate Project Industrial Organization and trigger the sites (centralized + distributed) to balance the workload
• Ensure tenders proposal competitiveness for both PBS and ABS in liaise with Ref Lib manager

• Evaluate the most appropriate bundled/unbundled approach and alternative models for the tenders
• Evaluate the most appropriate partners/suppliers in liaise with Sourcing
• Supervise the Networks reference library with reference solutions
