Digital Services is designed to enable and accelerate Alstom’s digital strategy, with three main objectives: Address the increasing share of digital within tenders and projects. Leverage digital as a competitive differentiator through innovation. Attract and retain specialized and scarce talents.

Additionally, Digital Services aims to create a unified digital backbone within Alstom to differentiate us from our competitors, grow our business, and simplify Alstom’s digital activities and initiatives through a dedicated organization.

Within Digital Services, the Architecture and Infrastructure solution team is responsible for:

• Acting as the enterprise architect for infrastructure and cybersecurity for our internal IT systems.
• Packaging multiple infrastructure services to build solutions dedicated for our internal use, as well as for Alstom customers.

As a Lead Infrastructure Solution Manager, you will report to the Infrastructure and Architecture Director and manage the infrastructure solutions within scope. The primary solution is the ONEXIS cloud platform, which is an Azure-based platform that enables the Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model for Wayside applications, allowing various stakeholders (operators, maintainers, land authorities, etc.) to efficiently carry out railway operations and maintenance tasks.

Your mission for ONEXIS will consist of:

• Defining the roadmap of the ONEXIS platform with all the technical components.
• Ensuring a solid delivery tooling process involving CI/CD and agile methodology (Terraform, Git, YAML) in alignment with Alstom's new development and engineering model.
• Overseeing the execution of continuous improvement of the platform by identifying and implementing operational and technological enhancements to optimize the use of the ONEXIS platform.
• Ensuring compliance with security standards and managing remediation plans in case of non-compliance (the platform is certified ISO 27001).
• Coordinating technical support and ensuring a smooth integration of digital solutions into the platform.
• Implementing and securing processes with the FINOPS and financial teams to ensure the financial efficiency of the platform.

• A solid background in all infrastructure layers (Hosting, Network, Cybersecurity) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
• Expertise in Azure cloud services (certification as a Solution Architect Expert AZ-3XX).
• Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Good understanding of agile methodology and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
