You’ll specifically take care of ensuring proper contract administration, including claims management, and driving supplier performance, but also lead the resolution of potential disputes and crises.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Coordinating and collaborating with project contract managers and teams to ensure alignment during project execution phases
-
Identifying and monitoring risks and opportunities, and suggesting mitigation or capitalization strategies with key suppliers and subcontractors
-
Managing claims, including building defensive and offensive claim files with relevant evidence and coordinating with planning and financial managers
-
Proactively driving claims to closure and ensuring timely and accurate claim reporting
-
Leading or supporting the preparation of claim strategies, settlement agreements, and change orders
-
Providing training and raising awareness on contract management for procurement and project teams
-
Ensuring compliance with contract management instructions, tools, and processes
-
Managing crisis situations such as supply shortages or force majeure events
-
Acting as a coordinator for legal representatives when required
