We are looking for an intern for our Real Estate department. Your main missions will be to propose performance indicators, to collaborate in the department's reporting and to contribute to the processing of real estate data. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in the continuous improvement of the functioning of the department by working on the creation of reference documents or by reviewing the processes in connection with other services. During this internship, you will be able to develop your analytical capacity, capacity for collaboration, rigor and precision, capacity for initiative and finally your capacity to communicate in English.

You will be in charge of the following missions:

• Reliability of real estate database data in interaction with all countries and key interlocutors

• Migration of the real estate database to a new solution

• Proposal of performance indicators

• Comparative analysis with group financial data

• Highlighting major lease events (lease management)

• Communication and promotion of the new real estate data solution as a reference source for the group

• Contribution to the creation of standard documents, in particular business cases

• Exploration of the different processes: critical analysis and proposals

Profile

• Level of education: engineering or business school or university equivalent with a specialization in real estate (law, finance)

• Technical skills: data processing, statistics, finance, real estate law

• Behavioral skills: open-minded, eager to work in an international environment, in contact with several nationalities

• Fluent in French and English

Internship for a period of 6 months from March 31, 2023
