Internship - Continuous Improvement Analyst



  • Monthly Operations Reporting cycle activities
    • Animate monthly reporting cycle activities (Operations part for Region MonthlyBusiness Review/Monthly Métier Review /Excom) with Operational métiers (sending updates/deadlines, ensuring consolidation,…)
    • Prepare Monthly Q&CI dashboard
    • Analyze Quality & CI metrics for monthly reviews
  • Support missions to Continuous Improvement Team
    • Quality report automatization project
    • KPI sheet Masterfile follow-up
    • Mapping of interactions between all Operational KPIs, proposal for simplification
  • Siemens-Alstom pre-merger and post-merger activities
    • Quantitative analyses on performance and efficiency measures to establish a transparent view on both companies
    • Tools & data global mapping including alls sources used form performance monitoring and prediction, simplification initiative for New Company
    • Support on process convergence activities



  • Engineering or Business school (BAC+5 level)
  • A first experience in Consulting and/or data crunching and analysis assignment a plus



  • Quantitative/data-crunching skills incl. ability to present the results
  • Rigor and organization, respect of deadlines
  • Adaptation skills, to master a complex environment with multiples interfaces with métiers
  • Good interpersonal skills & diplomacy, ability to get the trust from the counterparts
  • Communication proficiency



  • Professional English and French level
  • German is an appreciated extra
