Business Analyst & Digital Transformation Internship (F/M) - Saint-Ouen (93) 

Integrated Control Centers (ICCs) are at the heart of the urban transportation systems developed by ALSTOM. As true control towers, they enable operators to monitor and control all subsystems across one or several metro lines. 

In the context of digital transformation and continuous improvement, we are looking for an intern willing to contribute to digital project management, performance analysis, and change management initiatives. 

Within the ICC department, you will contribute to the implementation of tools, methodologies, and processes aimed at improving digital solution adoption, performance visibility, and operational efficiency. 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business, operations, and IT teams, with a tangible impact on digital transformation and continuous improvement activities. 

WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER: 

As part of our D&IS (Digital & Integrated Systems) business, and reporting to the ICC team based in Saint-Ouen, you will contribute to both French and international projects. 

Your missions: 

Digital Transformation Project Management 

• Contribute to the monitoring of roadmaps, milestones, and action plans. 

• Participate in risk and deliverables tracking. 

• Support project activity reporting. 

Performance Indicators (KPI) Deployment and Monitoring 

• Define and monitor performance and adoption KPIs. 

• Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities. 

• Contribute to the update and maintenance of dashboards. 

Change Management 

• Participate in impact assessments and stakeholder mapping. 

• Contribute to communication, training, and user support activities. 

• Collect user feedback and propose improvement actions. 

Process Improvement and Community Engagement 

• Contribute to the structuring and optimization of PI processes. 

• Support knowledge sharing and best-practice dissemination. 

• Participate in the animation of the user community. 

Your profile: 

• You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Engineering School, Business School, or University) and are looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship. 

• You have a good understanding of project management and PMO principles. 

• You have a strong interest in digital transformation and change management. 

• You are comfortable structuring and analyzing data, KPIs, and action plans. 

• You are proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus. 

• Familiarity with ODY.C, Copilot, Canva, or SharePoint would be appreciated. 

• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in multidisciplinary and international environments. 

• You are analytical, organized, autonomous, and proactive. 

• Fluent French and English are required.
