Description : 

  • Ensure that ISR (Integrated Service Readiness)  tools and processes implemented are aligned with Business  requirement.
  • Standardization of ISR tools and processes in close collaboration with ISR functions and  support of IS&T.
  • Lead the technical specifications to continuously adapt the tools with respect to  Alstom Requirement, and  support of  ISR  Process Owner.
  • Animate ISR Key User Tools community with objective to capture REX on usage and issues.
  • Lead the development and evolutio on ISR  roadmap o tools with the support of IS&T and ISR  Process Owner.
  • Support the world-wide deployment and usage of ISR 
  • Ensures a strict Access Rights to the ISR  tools with respect to Alstom organization and user’s profile.
  • Technology Watch: continuously monitor new technology and software on the Market.
  • Seek and be force proposal to new solutions/ways of working that can improve business efficiency on ISR scope.
  • Thanks to good communication skills, written and spoken, the TISR Methods & Tools Engineer position will be in charge to train the Key-Users thanks to the relevant documentation to be built and keep up to date.

 

Qualification

  • knowledge on ISR Process and associated tools
  • Engineer Graduation
  • Logic, analytical and organizational skills
  • Capacity to work in an international environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in French and English)
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations
  • Team player qualities
  • Result-oriented
  • Ability to guide and provide critical feedback
  • Capacity to work alone (autonomous)
  • Adaptibilty to change.
