We’ll look to you for:

  • Acting as the HQ coordinator for daily administrative follow-ups and issue resolution

  • Supporting the implementation of the Group’s Insurance Policy through global programs and Local Integrated Policies

  • Contributing to renewal and premium processes, including allocation, invoicing, and coordination with multiple stakeholders

  • Monitoring global insurance activities, including KPIs and fees

  • Providing support on large and/or complex insurance claims

  • Managing and delivering insurance renewal processes for local and corporate insurance policies, if appointed

  • Supporting RIMs in managing project-specific policies from inception to delivery

  • Contributing to developing and maintaining common standards, tools, and guidance for insurance matters

  • Fostering dialogue and communication within business segments/entities and responding to internal queries

  • Reviewing and challenging Certificates of Insurance (COI) from local partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and for Alstom
