Within Train Industrialization Organization, reporting to PME Central Standardization Director (Process & Manufacturing Engineering), the PME Industrial Process & Digital Tools Manager of the central PME team will have the duty (within Alstom Sites - RSC (Rolling Stock and Component) to ensure below main missions:

  •  Assess and identify Indus & Manufacturing processes performance improvements
  • Lead improvements of IS & Tools to answer operation needs (GSI / MES / DELMIA, NEO…) in close relationship with Digital Data management team (M&T and IS&T Projects and teams)
  • Robustify Qlicksense implementation and usage across Industrial Development as well as applications creation/upgrades.
  • Support process transformation through PLM4A uses cases and implementation cross sites, especially by informed and support PME Teams.
  • Train Industrial community (Central + local) on Industrial IS Tools suite.
  • Interface IS&T team for deploying standalone initiatives to a global Alstom solution when require.
  • Support automation team within incorporation of new automated solution in the Alstom IT backbone.
  •  Ensure alignment of KU / RBPE networks with métier Domains Network: Organize and coordinate concerned person within central Métier or Site to answer at any question related Processes implementation within the IT tools

 

Required profile

Technical Competencies

  • Global understanding of overall internal processes (Projects, Engineering, Industrial, …).
  • Good Knowledge of Industrial Digital Tools
  • Good knowledge of Process Engineering                                               

Soft Skills 

  • Ability to analyse in extracting essentials facts
  • Ability to synthesize in preparing clear presentation and reporting to management.
  • Good communication skills
  • Decision maker, drive to achieve results, ability to put organisation under tension.
  • Convince and influence (internal organization) towards Industrial targets.

Experience : 10 years’ experience in Railway industry (RS and/or Compo) within Industrialization organization. A crossing in IS&T is a plus.
