  • Create, develop, and update processes related to Fleet Planning for Maintenance and Industrial Planning for ALM (Component Repair & Overhauls) and CRO (Crash, Repair & Overhaul),
  • Spread Planning knowledge across Planners in Project and Tender communities
  • Define E2E digital solutions from VSM (Value Stream Mapping) down to production scheduling and control.

  • Main responsibilities:

     

    • Deploy, train, promote and support usage of AFT (Availability Forecasting Tool) and OPT (Operational Planning Tool) , DO (Demand Optimizer) and FPO (Fleet Planning Optimizer) in Maintenance Projects,
    • Support development of AFT and OPT in new integrated digital solution (GSI connected),
    • Design End to End planning structure for ALM from VSM down to production scheduling (IPS - Industrial Planning System), interfaced with GSI for Work Orders management (AOS / SES, Alstom digital execution solution),
    • Develop and validate proof of concept for IPS model (pilot application),
    • Draft with MPI and Supply Chain an Industrial Planning Solution specification interfaced with GSI,
    • Support Industrial Planning for ALM and CRO in Regions,
    • Define practices for integration of Industrial Planning (tactical planning) into Project Planning,
    • Owner of APSYS road map related to Industrial Scheduling (in Supply Chain roadmap).
