Context of the job:

Industrial, Supply Chain & Planning (ISCP) function is starting the development and implementation of a new Industrial Operations School aiming at providing Regions & Sites with a comprehensive set of training solutions for developing competencies, knowledge and operational effectiveness.  

This School initiative is managed jointly with the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) process, which supports industrial expertise development and recognition.

The position is based in Saint Ouen Headquarter within the Industrial, Supply Chain & Planning (ISCP) central function. Interactions with worldwide teams (travels forecasted: 20% of time).



Manage Industrial Operations School development & deployment:

  • Identify & consolidate training needs (from competencies assessment analysis, new emerging technologies & related jobs).
  • Consolidate training orientations, priorities and ensure their validation.
  • Develop & validate selected training solutions (incl. eLearning modules design).
  • Communicate to Regions/Sites: share training needs/orientations/solutions & adapt to local context.
  • Deploy training solutions & monitor deployment & efficiency (with HR/Learning).


Support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Management:

  • Support WCM yearly cycle (from start up to WCM award event).
  • Prepare WCM expertise definitions/updates & management plans (in relation with training orientations).
  • Consolidate Regions/Sites proposals for selection and decisions.



  • Engineering Graduate in Industrial and/or Supply Chain
  • First experience (2 to 3 years minimum) required within Industrial or Supply Chain domains
  • Good capability for analysis et synthesis
  • Taking initiative
  • Open to change
  • Good communication, relationship, listening, transparency, capability to convince
  • Capability to work in an international and diverse environment
  • Capability for using IT tools:  MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), documentation (SharePoint …), multimedia (eLearning tools, video …)
  • Language: English fluent, French or other language expected
