Introduction:

HEALTHHUB is the condition monitoring and predictive maintenance solution developed by Alstom to improve the availability and the Life Cycle Cost of rail transportation assets. The HEALTHHUB solution is a comprehensive digital solution implying different technologies and expertise’s:

  • data capture systems - Metrology
  • data transmission systems – Information Technologies (IT)
  • data processing and storage - Data management
  • data analysis and visualization – Data science

The HEALTHHUB solution dedicated to infrastructure assets (track, catenary, 3rd rail…) is meeting a significative growth with many projects around the world. To ensure the service performance of all the projects, the HEALTHHUB Infrastructure team is looking for Project Performance Manager having a metrology and data management experience.

 

Role:

The Project Performance Manager is responsible of the continuous quality improvement of the services delivered within the HealthHub Infrastructure projects. The main tasks will be to achieve:

  • The growth of the metrology and data management team accordingly to the needs
  • The accuracy/precision of measurements or defects identification
  • The data processing and architecture performance support and Life Cycle Cost optimization
  • The software’s and web platform performance support and operational optimization
  • The continuous improvement of data reporting using internal and external tools
  • The communication on projects performance and rail services savings
  • The metrology and data management support of tenders and projects teams
  • The update of a data capture systems database by a regular innovations watch

 

Missions:

 

Project Performance Management

 

Control, ensure and optimize the performance of HealthHub Infrastructure Projects in Service phase

Evaluate and plan the forecast workload of the activity, recruit and manage people accordingly

 

Project Performance Communication

Communicate on the project performance of HealthHub Infrastructure Service:

  • Produce a Monthly report on Projects performance
  • Produce a Recommendations report every 6 months based on project return on experience
  • Produce a Yearly Benefits report highlighting the maintenance and operation savings achieved thanks to the HealthHub Infrastructure solution
  • Communicate internally on Chatter and support the Service Communication team

 

Data Management Support

Act as the Data Management Expert to transversally support the HealthHub Infrastructure team:

 

Tenders:

  • Support and validate the definition of tender data management specifications
  • Support and validate the costing for tender proposals

     

    Projects:

  • Support and advise HealthHub Infrastructure Project Managers on data management topics
  • Ensure the project performance when the project enters in Service phase

 

Business:

  • Train regularly the HealthHub Infrastructure team on Data Management topics
  • Create and update a supplier database with data drivers (precision, format, storage size…)
  • Ensure an innovation watch and evaluate new suppliers in data capture systems

 

Educational requirements:

MASTER degree in Engineering with a metrology background

 

Technical knowledge / experience:

5 to 10 years of experience in metrology and/or data management and architecture or equivalent

Experience of rail infrastructure design or maintenance

An experience in information technologies or data science is a plus.

Knowledge of new digital technologies and services is also a plus.

 

Behavioral and Technical Skills / Competencies:

Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus

Teamwork and good interpersonal skills (Frequent contacts with senior management level)

Ability to animate a multifunctional team

Rigorous and ability to deal with different projects and missions
