We are looking for a Group Procurement Controller, position based in Alstom Headquarter (Paris). 


What are my responsibilities?

As a Group Procurement Controller, you are a member of the dynamic Finance community serving as a trusted business partner to Procurement. You guarantee the financial transparency of the Procurement Savings while spending time advising on the financial and control implications of Procurement activities. You are not just a technical expert, you operate at a strategic level, providing financial support insights to support decision making.


Your responsibilities include:

  • External savings controlling & reconciliation with P&L
  • Challenge of Group Procurement performance and function costs
  • Supplier risk assessment & Finance support for Suppliers’ panel analytics
  • Identification of Best Practices across Sites and deployment across all Regions


What do I need to qualify for this job?

In this role, you are expected to build effective working relationships across Procurement and Operational Finance teams. You have deep accounting and finance expertise that made you develop controlling, analytical, & reporting skills


Minimum qualifications

  • Accounting, finance, economics, business administration degree or equivalent combination of training
  • Fluent in English


Preferred qualifications

  • Expert knowledge in Excel
  • Good general knowledge of IFRS
