PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Ensure Supply Chain Strategy is understood and applied within Project & Product definition. Deliver Supply Chain transversal initiatives on time, at cost based on road map & budget.
  • Interface with project functions (Procurement, Industrial, Engineering, PMO...) & tenders functions (Platform, Bids, Procurement, Industrial...)

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  

  • Ensure the update of reference documents for PrSCL (processes, trainings, Job description, best practices, handbook, golden rules...)
  • Make sure all sites are using the PrSCL / TENDER standard processes
  • Contribute to the SC function competitiveness on direct cost (kitting, packaging, transport..) &  on indirect cost when possible
  • Develop and support the network of Project Supply Chain Leaders/Managers to promote best practices across sites (APSYS) and assist their convergence toward the target operating model.
  • Ensure the monitoring of Project Supply Chain Performance through the coordination of SC functions such as Supplier Delivery Performance management and Logistic Engineering in order to implement the optimal flow and minimize inventory.
  • Represent Global Supply Chain within multimétier initiatives (PM2020, DFQ cycle, etc.)

 

 MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements Describe the minimum educational requirement/level

Mandatory:

  • Business or Engineering university degree
  • English (Fluent)

Desirable:

  • University degree with Supply Chain orientation or Masters degree in Supply Chain
  • French (Fluent) is an additional asset

Experience Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role

Mandatory:

  • Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
  • Experience in working in a supplier/customer relationship or Project or Industrial

Desirable:

  • Knowledgeable of ERP material management (master data, purchase order management) or ERP architecture understanding (BOM, NCR, etc.) or ability to use ERP
